The Squick App is an on-demand delivery service provider for Tradespeople.

How much does Squick cost?

Squick Delivery costs £37.00 inc. VAT and a Service Charge of £5.99 inc. VAT.

What is the minimum spend for Squick Delivery?

There is no minimum spend to use the service

Is Squick available in my area?

The easiest way to see if Squick is available in your area is to open our app and enter your postcode. If it’s available, then you’ll be able to use the app and its services.

How do you deliver?

Our specialist couriers will collect your order from our list of vendors and deliver it to you.

How do I sign up for Squick?

Simply download the app and create an account.

Can I track my order?

You will be able to track the status of your order on its journey to you within the app and will receive order update notifications.

Are there any product restrictions?

Your total order cannot exceed 12kg in weight, for details of product weights please see the specifications on the product pages. Maximum order dimensions are 40x30x30cm

Can I return an item?

To return an item, please get in contact with the Squick Team via email where we will be happy to help.

What if I’m not available to accept my delivery?

Unfortunately, if you are no longer available to accept delivery, we will be unable to deliver your order. For support please get in touch with our Squick Team via email where we will be happy to help.

What if you haven’t got what I want in stock?

You will only be able to order items which are in stock.

What if my delivery is late?
